So you had the delicious Ba Kwas, Kuihs, Rolls, Cookies & Tarts and cans of sodas.
Chinese New Year foods & beverages contain very high in calories and it can really make you look "prosperous" in a very short time!

It might be hard to find a gym at your hometown and today most of the gym is still close, but don't worry! This post will helps you burn calories, feed the muscles and brings up your metabolism reducing the damage of prosperous fat gain as much as possible!

How? Well you can't burn massive calories by reading... You gotta MOVE IT OUT!

Yes I know working out on the festive sounds a little crazy, but all you need is just 30mins from your entire day (preferably in the morning after your coffee)

Here is what you can do in 30mins:
1. First 5mins - go through the video and try each exercise as dynamic stretching

2. Next 5mins - take it easy on circuit round no.1 as warm up

3. Next 15-20mins - work out effort on round 2 to 4! PUSH YOURSELF IF YOU CAN!

4. Last 5mins - cool down with stretching

Note: Make sure you are healthy and fit enough to perform this circuit (6 months of exercise experience with good condition). Beginners please read the video descriptions! Do this with your own risk!

Don't wait after your holiday to start back, start today! Trust me man, it is much easier to come back in shape when you do a little exercise here and there from now!
Achieving a good body is all about the mindset and habit, doing this on your holiday, work trip, on a busy schedule day will help you develop better exercise self-efficacy. This is how you learn to be more consistent in exercise, "consistency" is the ultimate behavior to be success! All the best!
